Beginning on the cacti-lined boulevards of Phoenix, Arizona, we spend two days exploring the cinematic history of the Wild West, the culture of the Navajo Nation and the architectural genius of Frank Lloyd Wright.
From Scottsdale we take a two day luxury road trip across Arizona, via the dramatic landscape of Sedona and the Grand Canyon, the Navajo National Park and Route 66, to Santa Fe in New Mexico.
Along the way we are accompanied by our private tour guide, an expert on the history of Arizona, Native American and Mexican cultures, as well as the region’s geography, geology, flora and fauna.
From our luxury base in Santa Fe, we explore first-hand the landscapes of New Mexico that inspired the powerful paintings of Georgia O’Keeffe, taking day trips to Taos, Abiquiu and Ghost Ranch.
Our visit to Santa Fe is timed to coincide with two outstanding cultural events: ART Santa Fe, a 4-day exhibition of US and International contemporary art, and International Folk Art Market, an international bazaar of the finest handmade craft by 160 master artists from 53 different countries.
This is a trip for art and cultural enthusiasts with a love of landscape and a sense of adventure. If this is you, please contact Judith or Natalie immediately!
